Founder

Vincent’s journey has been one of high mountain top peaks as well as one filled with time in the depths of valleys. His life went from becoming an elite hockey player to a compassionate nurse. He excelled in his nursing career, specializing in areas of rehab, memory care, and wound care. After years in the nursing industry, Vincent decided it was time for a shift in the direction of his life. This allowed him to take a step back and begin to reprioritize his lifestyle and put health and wellness back on top. During this time is when he become aware of cryotherapy and tried it for the first time. When that happened, the seed for Top Shelf Wellness was planted, cultivated over time, and has blossomed. Recent events have more than ever shed light on the importance of health & wellness in our everyday life. Vincent hopes to use his reinvigorated passion for health & wellness combined with his healthcare knowledge and state-of-the-art equipment to help you create your Top Shelf quality of life. Vincent’s goal is to impact 100,000 lives by 2030 - because we all deserve to experience life on the Top Shelf.
